Headworks Replacement Treatment Plant 2

This project consists of the construction of a new Headworks facility at Orange County Sanitation District's Treatment Plant 2 in Huntington Beach. The new facility includes fifteen different structures including new odor control equipment and associated piping. The existing Headworks, sludge drying beds, two underground storage tanks and a truck washing facility were demolished to make room for the new buildings. Twining is currently providing geotechnical consulting services, compaction testing, concrete testing, structural steel testing and inspection for the project.
